Will I receive the same product as the one displayed?
The packaging shown on the pictures may vary depending on the quantity and the product, but the product received will be 100% consistent with your order and the description
How do you deliver your products?
You can choose to send your products via UPS with tracked shipments.
You can also choose to send your products by regular mail, which is less expensive, but with 2 to 5 additional delivery days.
Our products are packaged in zippered airtight bags and in a discreet package. You will find on each package the name of the product and its composition.
You will receive an unmarked package, no mention of the products or our website is shown on the package.
Can I return a product?
We do not accept returns. However, if you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us.
What is covered by the order return?
If your package is lost or blocked at customs, after investigation by our customer service, we will make a second free shipment of the same order (except to Canada).
This guarantee is not valid if you chose to send your order by regular mail.
What happens if my order doesn't arrive?
If your order was shipped by regular mail, we do not offer any compensation in case of loss of your package, except for our regular customers.
If you have chosen a tracked shipment via UPS or DHL, we guarantee delivery and will compensate you with a second free identical shipment if your package does not arrive at its destination.
Which countries are excluded from delivery?
At this time, we are unable to ship to the Emirates, Austria, and South Africa.
Do you offer products or coupon codes?
We often offer promotions and deals to our most regular customers.
How pure are the products?
The products are developed in a laboratory and are of pharmaceutical quality. The purity of the product is indicated on the packaging.
Is it legal?
Due to the constant and regular changes in the legislation on chemical products in Europe, we invite you to inquire about the legality of the product purchased in your country. We cannot take responsibility for it.
The products we sell are not regulated in most of the countries we ship to, although this may be subject to change. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that they obtain the necessary licenses to purchase and handle the products ordered.
